Record Price Of £B2BO (N.Z. Press Assn.— Copyright) MELBOURNE, Aug. 8. An Australian Corriedale ram brought a world record price of INZB2BO in Argentina at the week-end. The ram was bought by a syndicate of four stud Corriedale breeders. Mr R. E. Wettenhall, of Stanbury stud farm (10 miles from Geelong) was in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to see her ram, Stanbury Ambassador, sold at the centenary Palermo sheep show and sale one of the biggest of its kind in the world. Stanbury Ambassador was reserve champion Corriedale ram at the Albury sheep show last year and was the top two-year-old ram out of a record field of 41 at the 1965 International Corriedale Conference in Melbourne.
