Obituary MR T. J. DEERE
(N.Z Press AssociationWANGANUI, Aug. 9. The death has occurred of Mr Terence Joseph Deere, of W’anganui, aged 74. He was the father of Air Commodore A. C. Deere. Mr Deere represented Buller at Rugby.
Air Force Chaplain.—The Rev. I. Mcßride will be inducted as a chaplain to the Royal New Zealand Air Force by the Moderator of the ’’hristchurch Presbytery (the Rev T G Campbell) at St. Mark's Chapel, Wigram, on September 1. The Rev W. M McClay will preach, and the Rev. W. S. Dawson will present the charge. I
