Bananas From Ecuador

AUCKLAND, August 2,
The Bodatel, which is due at Auckland on Monday with bananas from Ecuador will later unload 35,700 cartons of bananas at Lyttelton. The chairman of Fruit Distributors, Ltd-, Mr H, Turner, said today that the spacing of shipments, and the allocating of the fruit meant that the supply was adequate to meet the demand. 1
