SLATTER, Engineer-Manager. 7949 MCKENZIE COUNTY COUNCIL PROHIBITION OF HEAVY TRAFFIC PUBLIC Notice 13 hereby given that, by' resolution of the McKenzie County Council passed pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 8 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955, all traffic of a weight exceeding 2 tons on any axle Is prohibited from using the undermentioned roads during the period August 3, 1966, to September 1. 1966, when road surfaces deteriorate due to the effects of weather conditions. BRAEMAR ROAD. GODLEY PEAKS ROAD, RICHMOND ROAD. Any person operating any vehicle that weighs more than 2 tons on any axle over the above roads during the period stated is liable to prosecution.
