NOTICE is hereby given that the Ellesmere County Council proposes at its meeting to be held on the 15th day of August, 1966. to consider a motion to apply to the Local Authorities Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing ot the sum of £7060 for the purpose of meeting the local share of the cost of improving the drainage in the No. 4 Drainage District (Osborne's Drain Improvement Scheme). The security for the loan shall be special rates levied on an acreage basis on all rateable property in the No. 4 Drainage District as follows: Land Classified A, 4e 2d per acre. Land Classified B, 2s 2d per acre. Land Classified C, 0s 4d per acre.
