(N Z.P.A.-Reuter — Copyright) DJAKARTA, July 28. Troops with machine-guns and fixed bayonets blocked all roads leading to President Sukarno’s Merdeka Palace from early morning as Moslem criticism mounted against the new Cabinet to be sworn in today.
Red-capped paratroopers, in radio contact with Djakarta garrison, patrolled strategic points in the capital centre. The army leader, General
Suharto, who heads the new Cabinet has already warned that the Army will deal with anyone who tries to sabotage Cabinet policies.
