School Cross-Country Honours Shared
3. Tomlinson (Aranui, senior). J. Sheddan (HUlmorton, intermediate) and G. Kollo (Mairebau, junior) were the Individual winners of the 1966 inter-sec. ondary schools' cross-country championshipe held at Bagley Park. In the teams' events Christchurch Boys* High School won the senior grade, Burnside won the intermediate and Mairehau the junior events. Tomlinson had the easiest win, finishing 15sec in front of K. O'Sullivan (St. Bede's). The next three runners after Tomlinson finished within eight seconds of each other. Sheddan won his race by ISsec from B. Rollo (Shirley) and J. Bartlett (Hagley) was eight seconds behind G. Rollo in the junior race.
