A “WELL-DRESSING” DESIGN, featuring Westminster Abbey. It is lift high and made from flower petals by 11 villagers from Tideswell, Derbyshire. The fair at Westminster was in aid of 25 charities. The old English custom of well dressing was started to show gratitude for the gift of water.
