TF THE AIR SERVICES LICENSING ACT. 1951 NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND OF PUBLIC HEARING (1) APPLICATION in respect of an Air Service Licence has been received as described in the Schedule hereunder and a public hearing of the Licensing Authority will be held at 10 a m. on Tuesday, August 9. 1966, in the Authority's Meeting Room, Saywell’s Building, 115 Lambton quay, Wellington, for the purpose of considering evidence in favour of or against the granting of the application. (2) Any person or organisation wishing to object to the granting of any application is directed to give notice thereof to the Licensing Authority and to any applicant concerned at least 5 clear days prior to date of the hearing. A notice of objection must state therein in general terms the grounds of objection and must be accompanied by such documents, testimonial® or other written evi-
dence as the objector considers will assist the Licensing Authority in its consideration of the application.
