CIV.Z P.A -Reuter—Copyright) TOKYO, July 25." The Chinese Communist Party Chairman, Mr Mao Tse-tung, aged 72, recently took a nine-mlle swim down the Yangtze river, Radio Peking claimed today. The broadcast, monitored in Tokyo, appeared to be aimed at dispelling recent rumours that Chairman Mao was in poor health. It said he led 5000 people in a swim across the Yangtze as part of a physical fitness campaign.
