Carisbrook Disorder
Sir. —“Ban the Flagon” was correct in his description of the Carisbrook disorder. The Victory Park Board has refused permission for the advertisement of hoardings. Let it and the Rugby Union prevent drink being taken into Lancaster Park. It is contrary to the by-laws, so why not enforce it? I understand one of the North Island unions has taken this step.—Yours, etc., BAN THE FLAGON 11. July 22, 1966.
