Value, and to provide that these rates as adjusted pursuant to the Valuation Equalisation Act, 1957, be levied and collected by the following Local Authorities, namely— The Christchurch City Council the Riccarton Borough Council, the Waimalri County Council, the Heathcote County Council, the Paparua County Council and the Halswell County Council. Notice is further given that these resolutions will be submitted for confirmation as Special Orders at an ordinary meeting of the Board to be held on Monday, August 1, 1966, at 2 p.m., at the Office of the Board.
