BURGLARY CHARGES
Pleas Changed To Guilty (N.Z. Prest XssoclaEion) AUCKLAND, July 17. Gustave Charles, aged 45, a carpenter, pleaded guilty before Justices of the Peace in the Magistrate’s Court in Auckland on Saturday to two charges of burglary. Charles had earlier elected trial by jury, but changed his pleas before the police had finished calling their witnesses. The two charges concern the theft of coin collections valued at £1252. Charles was remanded on bail until Thursday.
