(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, July 18. Cabinet Ministers and top Government officials today rushed out final drafts of a big credit squeeze aimed at saving sterling from devaluation. Their plan must be ready for Mr. Wilson to discuss it with the full Cabinet when he return* from Moscow, probably early tomorrow.
Mr Wilson is due to disclose details of the measures to Parliament on Wednesday.
