Donaghy’s Rope Splits Shares
(N.X. Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 17. Shareholders of Donaghy’s Rope and Twine, Dunedin, at the annual meeting on Friday approved the increasing of authorised capital from £750,000 to £lm and the splitting of the shares into 10s units. Authorised capital will be increased by creating 500,000 new 10s shares.
