MR V. C. FAIRFAX, who has been appointed chairman of the A.M.P. Society. With the general manager of the society, Mr K. W. Steel, he is coming to New Zealand for the annual A.M.P. representatives’ conference in Wellington. Mr Fairfax succeeds Mr C. G. Crane, who has retired after serving more than 11 years on the society's principal board, including the last six years as its chairman.
