MOSCOW TALKS
Mrs Gandhi Puts Case
(N.Z.P.A -Reuter —Copurtpht > MOSCOW, July 14. Soviet-Indian contacts resume at Foreign Minister level today as Mrs Indira Gandhi prepares for a final round of secret talks on a Vietnam peace move.
Mr Sardar Swara Singh, of India, and his Soviet counterpart, Mr Andrei Gromyko, are expected to pave the way for further discussions later in the day between Mrs Gandhi and the Soviet leaders on the Indian Premier's call for fresh Vietnam peace talks. But Indian officials said the conclusions of the Premiers' talks would not be revealed until a final communique was issued when Mrs Gandhi leaves for home on Saturday —an hour before British Premier Harold Wilson flies in.
Mrs Gandhi’s peace moves over Vietnam are thought to have been prompted by information reaching India that the North Vietnamese President, Ho Chi Minh, may be seeking a way out of the war, informed sources said yesterday. the Associated Press reported.
