RIDER HURT IN FALL
•‘The Press" Special Service PALMERSTON NORTH. Another hurdle rider has been hurt. C. I. Goss, who fell from Tyrol in the Awapuni Hurdles on Saturday, was apparently injured at the time. A later examination showed that Goss suffered a broken arm. Bones in his hand may also be broken. Goss thus joins C. McGovern, B. J. Clements, F. I. Robinson, and R. Finlay, the other injured hurdle riders.
