(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, June 20. The first person to be prosecuted as a result of the Auckland City Council's four months old anti-litter campaign was convicted by Mr C. E. H. Pledger, S.M., today. Edward Hillman, aged 43, a driver, was fined £2 10s. He had been charged with casting litter in a public place. Traffic Officer L. T.
