Doubts About Big Winners (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) MANILA. President Ferdinand Marcos has announced an investigation of a ring that allegedly smuggles Australian horses Into the Philippines. Horses wearing Filipino brands and supposedly born here have been winning many races. But racing experts say the winning horses are too large to be local products. I President Marcos said That! with the help of Customs! officials, unbranded Austra-I lian horses are smuggled into] the country and branded with! the marks of Philippine A Philippine law forbids racing foreign horses in the country.
