Officers elected at the annual meeting of the Wairarapa Garden Club were:— Patron, Mrs H. J. Quarrell; president, Mrs W. Thacker; immediate past president, Mrs J. Russell; vice-presi-dents, Mesdames I. Wood and J. Tobin; committee, Mesdames G. Douglas, J. Trengrove, G. Kingscote, A. Nicholls. Prize List Mrs Nicholls’s Cup for best border, Mrs J. Trengrove; Mrs W. B. Woods’s Cup for roses, Mrs J. C. Fraser; Mrs D. Johnston’s Cup for most points, Mrs L. B. Allan; Mrs Fraser’s Cup for most points in the best bloom d'ass, Mrs Allan; Mrs Danks’s Cup for highest increase in points over all competitions, Mrs Allan; Mrs G. Smith’s prize for most improvement in the decorative class, Mrs J. Tobin; prize for most entries, Mrs Tobin. Club prizes: shrubs, Mrs Allan; vegetables, Mrs Tobin and Mrs J.
