Pedestrian Killed
(N.Z. Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, June 17. A man was killed instantly when he was struck by a car while crossing Carrington street, New Plymouth, at 6.40 p.m. yesterday. He was James Murray Farquharson. aged 47, a storeman, of 39 Parsons street, New Plymouth. The car was driven by Colin Anthony Clarkson, aged 21, of New Plymouth.
