General Strike
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SAIGON, June 17. The Unified Buddhist Church today called for a nation-wide three-day general strike, beginning tomorrow, in its campaign to topple the country’s ruling junta. The announcement was broadcast over loudspeakers to a meeting of 2000 people at the Buddhisms pagoda headquarters in Saigon.
