A house at 200 Keyes road, New Brighton, was sold for £l9OO at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr R. R. Livingstone. The house, on a section of more than a quarter of an acre, has three bedrooms, lounge, livingroom, scullery, bathroom and laundry. The Government valuation is £1775. The initial bid was £l5OO. There were three bids of £lOO, one of £5O, two of £lO and ope of £3O.
