Assembly Critical (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) PARIS, June 13. France’s decision to leave the N.A.T.O. integrated military command will be attacked in the Parliamentary assembly of the Western European Union, which opens in Paris today. Delegations from Britain, and the European Common Market members France, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Italy and West Germany—are attending the fiveday assembly. Another likely topic is the crisis in the European Launcher Development Organisation after Britain’s threatened withdrawal from the joint space project because of spiralling costs.
