Sir, — A. citizen with 30 years’ driving experience has just made his first minor traffic offence. His misdemeanour was duly recorded, and he was presented with learners’ plates. Is this justice? There are many more efficient ways of penalising offenders than by humiliation—Humiliation never taught lessons.—Yours, M. MILLER. June 10, 1966.
