NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ashley Rabbit Board has by resolution dated June 7, 1966, classified all the land in the district for the purpose of levying a rate on a graduated scale for the period commencing April 1, 1966, and ending March 31, 1967. A list setting forth such classifications may be inspected without fee at the blacksmith shop of Mr H. Henry, Loburn. between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on week days, and such list will be open for inspection from 9 a.m. on Monday, June 13, 1966, until 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 1966. NOTICE OF PROPORTIONS OF THE RATE PROPOSED BY THE ASHLEY RABBIT BOARD TO BE APPOINTED IN RESPECT OF THE RESPECTIVE CLASSES OF LAND IN ITS DISTRICT AS SET OUR HEREUNDER. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ashley Rabbit Board intends at a meeting of the board to be held in the Council Chambers, Loburn, at 1.30 p.m. on the 18th of July, 1966, to make and levy a rate on the land in its district for the period commencing April 1, 1966, and ending March 31, 1967, in the following proportions in respect of the following classes of land. Class A 4gd per acre in respect of land in class A of its classification list. Class B lid per acre in respect of land in class B of its classification list. Class C, id per acre in respect of land in class C of its classification list. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the said rate will become due and payable at the office of the Board in one sum on September 1, 1966, and that the rate book is open for inspection without fee by ratepayers. An additional 10 per cent will be added to all rates unpaid at the expiration of six months and fourteen days from the date of demand and shall be payable and recoverable accordingly. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE A GENERAL RATE Under Sections 40 and 44 of The Christchurch Tramway District Act, 1920. IT IS HEREBY PUBLICLY NOTIFIED that it is the intention of the Christchurch Transport Board at a Special Meeting of the Board to be held in the Boardroom, Cathedral square, Christchurch, at 2 p.m. on Monday, July 4, 1966, to make a General Rate of .08788 pence in the pound on the Capital Value of all rateable property in the Christchurch Transport District for the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1966, and ending on the 31st day of March 1967, and to confirm as a Special Order at a subsequent meeting of 4he Board the resolution so passed, such rate as adjusted in terms of the Valuation Equalisation Act, 1957, to be levied and collected by the Christchurch City Counci, the Riccarton Borough Council and the Waimairi, Heathcote, Paparua, and Halswell County Councils within their respective districts and to be payable in one sum on the days respectively appointed by the said Local Bodies for the payment of rates for their respective districts.
