PUBLIC NOTICES BIRTHDAY OF HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN CITIZENS are invited to attend a Parade in honour of the Birthday of Her Majesty the Queen, to be held in Cathedral square at 10.30 am. on Monday, June 6, Army. Navy and Air Force will participate in the Parade. The Escort Squadron will consist of two Officers and one hundred airmen. The Colour Party for the Queen’s Colour of the Royal New Zealand Air Force will be on parade. A Royal Salute of twenty-one guns will be fired. Any person objecting to the proposals is called upon, to lodge notice in writing before June 18, 1966, of his objection and of the ground thereof, at the office of the Board, which is Ministry of Works, P.O Box 1479, Christchurch. PAPARUA COUNTY COUNCIL MOTOR DRIVERS LICENCES LICENCES which expire on June 30, 1966, may now be renewed at the County Offices, Sockburn. Licences are available for any number of years up to five, except to drivers required to produce medical certificates, who may renew for one year only. The Licence fee is 5s per year plus one shilling if a licence cover is required. RENEWAL BY MAIL With the exception of renewal which requires a medical certificate or a driving test, licences previously issued by the Paparua County Council may be renewed by mail, provided the following are forwarded to the County Office, Sockburn, P.O Box 11011, Sockburn. (1) Licence to be renewed. (2) Licence fee (as stated above). (3) Stamped, addressed envelope for return of licence. A.
