Stock-judging Successes
Old Boys of St Andrew’s College, Christchurch, had considerable success in the Young Farmers’ Clubs’ national stock-judging contest at Roxburgh in which 170 competed. D. A. Sidey won most ag gregate points and was first in both Corriedales and horses; D. A- Stone was second in aggregate; R. ’ 1. Mcßae was fifth; C. J. Powers ninth and third in beef; J. D. Rose twelfth and third in pigs; and R. Burrows twentysecond and third in Southdowns.
