N.Z. Reserves Increase
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 27. Net overseas assets of the New Zealand banking system were £62.1m on May 18. compared with £60.3m on May 11 and £80.6m on May 19 last year. These figures were announced by the Reserve Bank today.
Business Personal Sir John lllott, chairman of Golden Bay Cement, is retiring from the board on June 20.—(P.A.)
