Police Seeking Witnesses
The police ask that anyone who saw an accident on the Christchurch-Leeston highway, five chains north of the Doyleston Post Office, in which David Welsh, aged 74, a retired farm labourer, was killed when his cycle and a car collided at 6.5 p.m. on Saturday, should get in touch with the motor accident branch of the Christchurch Central Police Station.
