Desire to End Confrontation

The Indonesian Foreign Minister, Dr. Adam Malik, said yesterday that his country wanted to find a peaceful solution to its “confrontation” stand against Malaysia. Indonesia's peace-seeking policy was stated in a communique issued in Bangkok after talks between Dr. Malik and the Philippines Foreign Secretary, Mr Narciso Ramos.
