More Social Creditors
In the last year membership had trebled and was now six times greater than in 1963, Mr O. F. Gray, president of the Sydenham branch of the Social Credit League, told the annual meeting recently. A zone organiser had been appointed to handle the increase.
Mr J. Pounsford was reendorsed as the candidate for this year’s General Election. Officers elected were: President, Mr O. F .Gray; vicepresidents, Messrs P. H. Brown, B. Beckham, Mrs E. Gibson; treasurer, Mr R. C. Gyde; secretary-public relations, Mr J. D. Gribben: assistant secretary-business manager. Mr B. Beckham: zones organiser, Mr L. May; and a committee of 10.
