Chambers, High street, Kaiapoi, on Tuesday, May 10, 1966. the Kadapo'i Borough Council proposes to consider a motion to proceed with the raising of the sum of Twenty-two Thousand Three Hundred Pounds by a loan to be known as the Sewerage Redemption Loan, 1966. for the purpose off repaying on maturity those portions of the Sewerage Loan No. 2, 1955, £56.000 which mature on Apr! 9, June 1, and October 9, 1966, subject to the following determinations:— (1) The term for which the said loan or any part thereof may be borrowed shaltl be twenty years. (2) The rate of interest that may be paid in respect of the said loan or any part thereof shall be such as shall not produce to the lender or lenders a rate or rates exceeding five and one-quarter per cent per annum.
