GIVEN that all wharves in the Inner Harbour from No. 1 Breastwork to No. 7 Wharf will be CLOSED to all private vehicu lar traffic from 6 A.M., SATURDAY, APRIL 23, 1966, until MIDNIGHT, SUNDAY, APRIL 24. 1966 During this period all parking permits previously issued by the Lyttelton Harbour Board will be suspended. Parking by the general public will be permitted on the north side of Cashin Quay roadway and In the area behind Cashin Quay Transit Shed. • No. 4 Jetty has been barricaded off and is reserved for official guests. Pedestrians will be permitted in other parts of the Inner Harbour and are requested to remain behind roped-off areas so as not to impede the passage of the Royal Party. Parking areas have been set aside along the breastwork for guests attending the Official Reception on H.M.Y. Britannia on the evening of Saturday, April 23, 1966. AH vehicles proceeding to t.e.v.
