BOMBER ATTACK
Doors Rattle
In Saigon
(N.Z. Press Assn —Copi/rtghf) SAIGON. April 22. American planes divebombed suspected guerrilla positions within four miles of Saigon today, rattling doors, windows
and tableware in the capital. But Vietnamese marines chasing after the elusive enemy in swamps and rice paddies on the outskirts of the city made no contact with the Communists.
Earlier police in Cholon, the Chinese quarter of Saigon, reported United States and Vietnamese marines had engaged the guerrillas at the nearby Long Vinh cutpost.
