Parking by the general public will be permitted on the north side of Cashin Quay roadway and in the area behind Cashin Quay Transit Shed. Pedestrians will be permitted in other parts of the Inner Harbour and are requested to remain behind roped-off areas so as not to impede the passage of the Royal Party: Parking areas have been set aside along the breastwork for guests attending the Official Re ception on H.M.Y.
