G. FINANCE ISSUE
One-For-Four At Par (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 21. General Finance, Ltd., Wellington, has announced a one-for-four issue at par. At the last balance date, October 31 last year, the company’s share capital was £452,089, all in ordinary stock units and shares of 10s each. The new shares will participate as to half the final dividend declared for the current year ending October 31. Applications payable in full will close on July 29. Books will be closed from June 24 to July 1 to determine shareholders’ entitlement.
Directors have announced that trading results for the five months of the current year are ahead of those for the same period last year.
