(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. Glamour should be returned to the Grand Prix at Pukekohe, Mr F. N. Kirton, said at the annual meeting of the New Zealand International Grand Prix. “Our organisation made a profit of £13,000 in the last year,” said Mr Kirton, a former member of the board of control. “We cannot make such savings every year, and we must seriously investigate ways and means of restoring the glamour of ages past if we are to combat decreasing attendances.”
