Same Title, New Fight
(N.Z P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) HOUSTON (Texas) Ernie Terrell, holder of the World Boxing Association’s version of the heavy-weight title, yesterday signed to defend his championship against Doug Jones in Houston in late June. The date and site will be announced shortly. Cassius Clay, recognised by most nations as the world champion, will defend his world title against Henry Cooper in London on May 21.
