LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
(1) Letters sent to the Editor tor printing should preferably be typed, otherwise thev must be written in ink on one side of the paper only. A legible signature and full address are required whether these are to be published or not. A P O box number is not a sufficient address. (2) Writers must say clearly whether or not their letters are being or have been sent to other papers. (3) The Editor cannot return or keep any letter which for any reason is unsuitable for printing: nor can he acknowledge unsuitable letters although this will be done where it seems to be needful. or enter into any cor respondence. <4) Letters must not be of more than 150 words. Anti-Dutch. —No space for discussion of sports selections. Superannuitant.—No space to repeat recent correspondence. S. Cashion. —Too diffuse: and some of the subjects are not now open. C. Fitzgerald.—No space to discuss taxi economics here just now. Interested and X:—No space to pursue the subject of racing brackets. ' Barber s Itch. —This is a general term covering a number of skin complaints and they are not necessarily contracted in hairdressers' saloons. S. L. Jelley.—We are completely satisfied with the objectivity of our report of the "teach-in." We shall reopen correspondence on Vietnam when there is a reasonable assurance that it will. not be a repetition of earlier arguments, to which we gave a great deal of space in this column.
