| (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY. The New Zealand gold star champion, Jim Palmer, had an easy all-the-way win in the Mount Pan-orama Gold Cup event for racing cars at Bathurst yesterday. He drove the only 2.5 litre car in the race, a Repco Brabham, owned by David McKay’s Scuderia Veloce team. Johnny Harvey in a 1.5 litre Repco Brabham, finished second, 39.45ec behind. In the racing car scratch race, Palmer ran second to Frank Matich in a 4.5 litre Traco Oldsmobile.
