Curfew Raised In Kowloon (N.Z.PA.-Reuter—Copyright) HONG KONG, April 11. The Kowloon region of Hong Kong was calm and without incidents last night, the first curfew-free night since last week’s rioting. Strong contingents of police and British troops continued to patrol the area and thousands more stood mobilised at strategic points.

The riots, stemming from a proposed five-cent rise in the harbour ferry fare, were estiAiated by one source today to have caused damage totalling 20 million dollars.
