Retains Lead In Dinghy

McKenzie, of New Zealand retained his over-all lead in the O.K. dinghy class in-ter-Dominion championships, although finishing only ninth in yesterday’s heat on Sydney Harbour. Results: Third Heat.—Talpan (P. Backhouse, Aust.) 1, Auroro (D. Blundell. N.Z.) 2, Rebel II (J. Orr, Aust.) 3, Rebel <C. Roberts, N.Z.) 4, Solitaire (A. Clark. Aust.) 5, Vitesse II (M. Kirkbridge, Aust.) 6. Other N.Z. plaeings: Mac the Knife (J. McKenzie) 9, Aqua Star (M. Patterson) 11, Okasaki (E. Bland) 13, Golden Kiwi <M Menzies) 18, Thunderball (G. Davis) 19, Chai <K. Ansell) 21, Andromeda (P. Menzies) 25, Excuse Me (J. Douglas) 35, Cardigan Bay (P. Race) 44. Oke Doke <R. Morton) did not finish.
