Danced For Judge
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) TULSA (Oklahoma), April 8.
Judge Luther Lane watched a go-go dancer, Billie Ruth Willsey, perform in a topless bikini this week and ruled today thta she had not outraged public decency. Miss Willsey, aged 19, who measures 36-25-85|, was arrested early on Wednesday morning. She waived her right to a jury trial on the charge of outraging public decency. Judge Lane, other court officials and reporters adjourned to the Coachman’s Hotel to watch Miss Willsey demonstrate her act.
The judge said the dance did not violate the law if it was done at a club where adults go for the purpose of doing such a dance.
