Accountancy Award
The Incorporated Institute of Accountants will award its seventeenth travelling scholarship after July 31 this year. Tenable for two years, the scholarship, worth £250 a year, is awarded to members of the accountancy profession under the age of 30. The scholarship enables the holder to gain accountancy experience overseas and then return to help advance standards in New Zealand. The winner will be chosen for his personality, progress in studies, practical experience, and adaptability.
