LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
<1) Letters sent to the Editor lor printing should prefer ably be typed, otherwise they must be .written in ink on one side of the paper only A legible signature and full address are required whether these are to be published or not. APO box number is not a sufli cient address (2) Writers must say clearly whether or not their letters are being or have been sent to other papers <3> The Editor cannot return or keep any letter which for any reason is unsuitable for printing: nor can he ae knowledge unsuitable letters although this will be done where if seems to be need ful. or enter into any cor respondence (4) Letters must not be of more than 150 words.
Progress.—Keep It for the election campaign. Passing Through.—No space for further letters on "All Aboard.” Anti-Communist. Correspondence on Vietnam not now open. C. Fitzgerald—Only Indian Government, with the consent of the Indian people, can make such changes; and many years of educational work may be the necessary preliminary.
