CAMBODIANS AND THAIS
Approach On Relations (N.Z.P.A .-Reuter— Copyright? BANGKOK. April 5. Cambodia has approached Thailand for a resumption of diplomatic relations, the Thai Prime Minister. Field Marshal Thanom Kittikachom, said yesterday. As a condition, Cambodia wanted Thailand to declare it would uphold the present boundary between the two countries—but Thailand already recognised the border and there was therefore no need for any such declaration, the Prime Minister said.
