DOG REGISTRATION AND HYDATID CONTROL FEES LOW INCIDENCE AREA (Upper Riccarton. Sockburn and Hornby) A. Dogs kept by a Farmer or Drover for the purpose of herding or driving sheep or cattle, per dog £llO B.
