Reshuffle Expected (N.Z.P A.-Reuter—Copyright ) LONDON. April 3, Mr Wilson is expected to reshuffle his Cabinet this week and take critical decisions on the main issues facing his second administration—Rhodesia and Britain’s internal economic problems. With a 97-vote House of Commons majority won in last Thursday’s General Election, he is expected to reveal some big Cabinet changes. Ministers likely to be dropped include the Trade Minister (Mr Jay), the Colonial Secretary (Lord Longford), and the Power Minister (Mr Lee).
